Caroline Sposto, writer, actress, singer, and owner of Savvy Civility, is the essence of making communication work for you.  She has a unique specialty in role play coaching for conflict management, customer service, difficult conversations, sales calls and presentations, interview practice, negotiations, and more.  Caroline and I are now collaborating to help build confidence on camera (executive media coaching) as well as creating a full scale learning experience for executive and customer service teams.
