The short answer is yes. Coaching isn’t a service, it’s a partnership. This means I’m as invested in your success as you are. Clients who are willing to do the work develop a powerful physical presence, and a dynamic vocal delivery that will serve them well in any situation.

As a licensed and certified speech voice scientist, with over 17 years experience as an Executive Speech Coach, the methods I employ are based on scientifically proven techniques. My process starts with a Discovery Interview to assess your needs, goals, and level of motivation.

Q. Why should I hire an Executive Speech Coach?

Q. How do I get started?

Step one: Discovery Interview

I need to learn enough about you to structure a personalized program geared toward your success. My Discovery Interview is thorough. It will include data gathered from video interview, online questionnaires, consultation with other professionals on your team (as necessary), audio and video recording samples.

I use this information to create a comprehensive, customized private coaching schedule tailored to your specific needs.

Step two: Advanced Spoken Communication Analysis

I’ll propose a number of goals and outcomes you can reasonably achieve during the duration of your contract. Our coaching schedule will specify the training modules, skills development, and weekly homework.

Step three: Agreement

Once you’re ready to commit, we’ll schedule a follow-up session to review the proposed dates, times, goals, and weekly homework. Your signature on the proposed coaching schedule will serve as an official Agreement for Services. Payment in full is required on the first date of service.

Q. Will I get a refund if I don’t like the classes?

No. I can’t issue refunds because my up-front Discovery process is designed to help you determine whether or not my executive coaching is right for you.

Q. What is the time commitment and location for coaching?

Coaching packages range from 45 days to 6 months. Clients are expected to commit to pre-scheduling their sessions once weekly (90min) and/or twice weekly (45min) for the duration of the agreement. Coaching involves a combination of online training modules and in-person coaching, when available, for real-time performances where audiences are expected to participate.

Q. What if I need just a few hours of consultation?

I’m available to individuals for “target” coaching for specific needs, or follow-up to previous coaching. I’m available to groups and corporations on a consultative basis as well. Please email to inquire about these arrangements.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel a scheduled session?

Getting a great outcome requires consistency. That’s why pre-scheduled sessions are key. However, if you need some flexibility, I can accommodate you. I prefer a 48-hour notice for rescheduled sessions, but I understand there could be a time when you’ll have to cancel on very short notice. You’ll never lose a session due to cancellation. We’ll simply reschedule at a date and time that will be convenient for both of us.
